The soap is one of the most sustainable products, due to the fact that when used it leaves no litter behind. So, as a soap-making brand sustainability is built on our DNA from day one.
At Soaperb we give as much care to our formulas as we do to our environmental impact. Some of the actions we apply towards that policy are:

We avoid unnecessary packaging as much as possible. We only use paper in our product packaging and avoid using plastic in our delivery packaging.

We produce our soaps in small batches. This allows us to make the freshest products on the market and only produce what is in fact needed. Most international cosmetic companies operate by producing vast number of products, many of which end up being scrapped.

We use only ingredients of natural origin, ensuring the least possible impact on our planet. No parabens, no petrolatums, no PEGs, PPGs, MEA, DEA and TEA, no phthalates, no silicones, no sulfates end up in our water. That way we ensure that our water horizon and our seas do not get polluted from synthetic chemicals. Natural ingredients are a renewable alternative to petrochemical-derived ingredients, that are an unrenewable resource with high toxicity concerns.

Our soap formulas are free from palm oil. We do not support the over-consumption, which leads to an environmental crisis. The increase of production of palm oil has led to a large-scale forest conversion, usually by the method of burning, from biodiverse tropical forests to monoculture oil palm plantation. This clearing has destroyed critical habitat for many endangered species, but also results to air pollution, soil and water pollution and soil erosion.
The journey towards sustainability is a never-ending one. We listen, learn and try to be better every day.
Respect
All our formulas are vegetarian and most soaps are vegan, except our Agora propolis soap and our Agora bitter almond soap, which includes honey from small producers of Chalkidiki. We respect and protect the animals, so we are a Cruelty Free company. We test our soap formulas only on us. How lucky are we?
